"You can spot a Thai creative by the way we carry ourselves, it’s that unique spirit that never leaves us."

I’ve always believed that Thai creativity isn't something you learn in a classroom; it’s simmered in our culture, extracted from the chaotic streets we navigate, the bold, contrasting flavors of the food we love, and our innate ability to find joy even in the middle of a struggle. It’s the secret ingredient in my work and my personality: a blend of spice, grit, and unapologetic Thai-ness.

By 2011, my life in Bangkok felt a bit too settled, like a dish I’d cooked a thousand times. Driven by a relentless urge to step out of my comfort zone, I packed ten years of Thai advertising expertise and a memoir of Thai humor into a single suitcase and headed for Singapore. I treated every new category like a new recipe, working relentlessly on global and regional accounts for brands like Land Rover, Tokio Marine, and Tiger Beer. It was during this time that I brought home 2 Silver and 4 Bronze Cannes Lions, alongside multiple Gold Spikes and AdFest honors.

In 2016, I stepped up to lead VMLY&R Indochina. It was a high-heat kitchen, but by winning over hearts and minds with strategic creativity and wit, I doubled the agency’s revenue and team. We became the 2nd most awarded creative agency in Vietnam, picking up accolades at Cannes, New York Festivals, and The One Show.

In 2019, I moved to Shanghai, the world's fastest-moving economy, to put myself up for the ultimate challenge. Leading a global giant like adidas allowed me to work closely with creative hubs worldwide to push the brand in a unified, yet hyperlocal direction. My highlight was relaunching the iconic “Impossible is Nothing” platform after 13 years in China. I also led the wins for Riot Games (League of Legends) and Nintendo Switch, proving that culture-first storytelling can dominate even the most complex markets.

Eventually, I grew weary of the set menu operations of big networks. Nearly a year ago, I took a leap of faith to become the Founder and Regional ECD of DO. ASIA. This chapter is about pure entrepreneurship and a relentless hustler mentality. I’m scaling our culture across Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines, winning accounts from big network agencies like Red Bull, VinFast, and Lazada by applying a growth mindset that values adaptability, and the grit to build something from the ground up.

When the kitchen closes, I return to my roots as a Fine Art major. I enjoy drawing and painting to keep myself grounded. I pursue the dream of becoming a full-time artist and to date, and have participated in more than 20 exhibitions so far.

2023-Present | FOUNER & ECD | DO. SEA

After over 20 years in the industry, I made a decision I never anticipated: joining DO. as a founder and the Executive Creative Director of DO. SEA. The experience has been nothing short of extraordinary. We won the Red Bull account and expanded our presence with offices in Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines.

2022-2023 | Regional GCD | Leo Burnett, Singapore

Putting myself up for a different challenge by leading the regional creative team on Haircare brands for P&G— Head & Shoulders, Pantene, and Rejoice.

2021-2022 | ECD | TBWA, Shanghai

Winning Riot Game’s League of Legends and Nintendo Switch helped reassure me that I was in the right direction. I focused on creating hyperlocal content and social commerce-focused campaigns. And leading a global brand like adidas for China allowed me to work closely with creatives worldwide to help push the brand in the right direction. Relaunching adidas’ “Impossible is Nothing” after 13 years in China was one of my highlight moments here.

2020-2021 | ECD BBDO, Shanghai

The combination of the market, the brands, and the people I worked with was tough to give this opportunity a pass. Since I moved to Shanghai, one of the biggest and fastest-growing markets in the world, I have learned a new way of working and adapting to the pace. The challenge came in all directions both work and life-related. I learned a lot about the business side of the industry in China by working on Mars Wrigley.

2016-2019 | ECD & CCO | VMLY&R, Indochina

I made many mistakes when I moved to Saigon with no idea how to be an ECD. But those mistakes gave me a lot of valuable lessons which helped me grow into the role and made Y&R Indochina the 2nd most creative agency in Vietnam while doubling the agency's size for both revenues and team. Here I also achieved a personal goal of bettering my public speaking skills by giving a graduation speech in front of a few hundred students annually. I led the digital transformation during the merger between Y&R and VML and got promoted to CCO. Also won pitches for Red Bull, Traveloka, and F-1 for Vietnam. But eventually, I had to say goodbye to the view of mad traffic in Saigon and moved to Shanghai.

2015-2016 | Associate Creative Director | BBDO, Singapore

Working on Guinness in BBDO is like a dream come true for me. I once presented a campaign to the client in a room with hundreds of sketches and scribbles stuck on four walls. Here I wanted to challenge myself to lead a bigger team not knowing that my wish will be true in less than a year. P.S. with BBDO I ranked 25th most awarded art director of 2016 by Bigwon.

2012-2015 | Creative Group Head | HAVAS Worldwide, Singapore

Joining HAVAS knowing I had to step up into a bigger role, I worked relentlessly with my team and turned myself into strategic thinking creative. Together we have won a few key new businesses like Tokio Marine Life Insurance for S.E.A, Accor Group, and FEO.

2008-2012 | Senior Art Director | Y&R, Thailand & Singapore

After a decade of working in Thailand, I packed all of my knowledge and unique Thai humor and moved to Singapore thinking “I’ll succeed or die trying”. Working 7 days a week, I won a few business and trophies— Royal Singapore Navy, Land Rover, and M1 to name a few. Here I made a lot of mistakes and good friends. Also picked up some decent English, and met the love of my life.

2006–2008 | Art Director | Publicis, Thailand
Started late with no background or knowledge of advertising. I had to catch up with my peers by making sure I worked harder than anybody else in the office. Here I learned how to ideate, push the envelope, craft, and drumming. P.S. I thought I had to create an art film when the ECD demanded the work for Cannes (Lions).
